Seat allocations are fixed per tier. Colleagues who need independent access hold their own license -- at any tier. To discuss an additional license or a second track, contact Carmen Benitez.
Multiple Licenses -- Same Organization
Seat allocations are fixed at each tier. If colleagues at your organization require independent subscriber access, each holds their own license -- at whichever tier matches their role and engagement level. A CSO and CFO at the same company might each hold a Strategy Desk Professional. There is no minimum or maximum on licenses per organization, and each subscriber experiences the full program independently. Carmen Benitez can coordinate multiple licenses within the same organization on request.

Closing deletes your account and the personal data held with it from our systems within three days: the account record, desk memory, analyst conversations, saved decisions, workbook, connected-tool credentials, the WhatsApp link and connector keys. Invoicing records stay for ten years as the law requires. This cannot be undone.

Operational Desk
Add the Operational Desk to your subscription
The Operational Desk covers execution, margin, compliance, talent, and supply chain. Available as Essential (USD 2,750), Professional (USD 7,500), or Enterprise (USD 18,500). Enterprise on both tracks provides the VSO Hybrid arrangement.

KV Memory Architecture -- Foundation KV-F1
Seeds all KV-F1 namespace stubs into Cloudflare KV. Idempotent -- safe to run multiple times. Only writes keys not already present. Seeding is also triggered automatically on batch 1 each day for the platform aggregate stubs. Run this once after deploying KV-F1 to seed forum agendas.
Will seed:
· platform:aggregate:peerpulse
· platform:aggregate:signal_engagement
· platform:aggregate:forum_engagement
· platform:aggregate:document_downloads
· platform:aggregate:analyst_topics
· platform:aggregate:sector_themes
· editorial:forum:{id}:agenda -- all forums with agenda data
Subscriber memory stubs (sub:{id}:memory) are created automatically at each subscriber's first login -- no manual seeding required.

Business Metrics

The numbers that describe the business as a recurring-revenue asset — revenue, retention, engagement, and cohort behaviour. Sparse readings are honest: the business is young, so renewals and cohorts deepen over time. This is the history an acquirer or a successor would read.

Subscriber Management
All Subscribers
Manual activation model -- No payment gateway is connected. All subscriptions are activated manually by the admin. Use the Activate button to enable portal access after payment is confirmed. Seat-model accounts carry one named seat plus the additional and forum seats on their record; legacy tiers keep their fixed allocations (Essential 1, Professional 3, Enterprise 6).

Lead Management
Cold & Warm Leads
How the funnel connects -- Cold contacts live in their own send queue and never touch the subscriber list. When someone replies, Promote moves them to the warm list (a pending record with a consented source), where the automated day-7 and day-14 notes take over. From there, Start Trial on the Subscribers page makes them an active trial. Protected contacts can never receive cold mail.
Open this tab while signed in as admin to load the funnel.
Forums & Events
Registration Management
Track registrations against subscriber seat entitlements. Each named seat on a subscription may register for forums on that track.
Seat entitlement rule -- Each named seat on a subscription is entitled to attend forums on its track. If a company has 3 seats (Professional) and 3 people register for the same forum, all 3 are within entitlement. A 4th person from the same company would require an additional licence or a guest arrangement. The system flags over-entitlement automatically.
Signal Administration
Signal Database
Manage active signals, weights, and momentum. Changes appear in the subscriber portal Signal Monitor.
Production note -- In the live platform, signal updates are pushed to subscribers automatically. For the prototype, update signals here and they will appear on next subscriber portal load.

Run Signal Scan Tier 1 · Web search
Auto-scan: runs daily via Cloudflare cron trigger -- 1,250 targets across 16 markets and 16 sectors in 12 batches, completing by 06:00 Sydney daily. Results appear in the subscriber feed automatically each morning.
Full signal scan: triggers all 12 cron batches on-demand via the worker. Fires each batch at 60-second intervals. Full refresh takes approximately 20 minutes. Use when signals are stale or before a major forum.
Spot scan: runs a quick in-browser check of up to 20 Indonesia targets using live web search. Results appear immediately.

These signals carry the PSP practitioner mark and represent the core differentiation of SignalDesk from any automated product.
