If colleagues at your organization require independent subscriber access, each holds their own license -- at whichever tier matches their role and engagement level. A CSO and CFO at the same company might each hold a Strategy Desk Professional. There is no minimum or maximum on licenses per organization, and each subscriber experiences the full program independently. Carmen Benitez can coordinate multiple licenses within the same organization on request.

How the funnel connects -- Cold contacts live in their own send queue and never touch the subscriber list. When someone replies, Promote moves them to the warm list (a pending record with a consented source), where the automated day-7 and day-14 notes take over. From there, Start Trial on the Subscribers page makes them an active trial. Protected contacts can never receive cold mail.

Registration Management

Track registrations against subscriber seat entitlements. Each named seat on a subscription may register for forums on that track.

Seat entitlement rule -- Each named seat on a subscription is entitled to attend forums on its track. If a company has 3 seats (Professional) and 3 people register for the same forum, all 3 are within entitlement. A 4th person from the same company would require an additional licence or a guest arrangement. The system flags over-entitlement automatically.
