The terms that govern a PSP SignalDesk subscription, in plain language.

1. The parties and the language of this agreement

Businesses contracting in Indonesia contract with PT Pacific Strategy Partners, WTC 5, Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Jakarta (NPWP 1000 0000 1005 7625). All other subscribers contract with Pacific Strategy Partners, Sydney (ABN 51 908 330 447). "PSP", "we" and "us" refer to the entity you contract with. "You" means the subscribing organization and each named seat holder it authorizes.

These terms are published in Bahasa Indonesia and English. For accounts in Indonesia the Bahasa Indonesia version is the binding text and the English version is its equivalent; for all other accounts the English version applies. Your order form prevails over these terms where it states otherwise.

Acceptance and the contract. By activating an account, or by using the platform after activation, you accept these terms and enter into a subscription agreement with PSP. You are PSP's customer. Where you reach the platform through a partner organisation, such as a chamber of commerce, an industry association or any third party entity, your subscription remains a contract between you and PSP. The partner or third party entity may invoice and collect on PSP's behalf; that does not make you its customer for the platform and gives it no right in your subscription.

2. The subscription

PSP SignalDesk is provided on an annual subscription per named seat. The subscription year runs from the start date on your order form or invoice. Seats are personal to the named individual and are not shared logins. Trial access runs fourteen days with the full desk. You confirm that you are 18 or older and are subscribing for business purposes.

Term and renewal. Your subscription renews for a further year at the end of each subscription year unless you cancel before its last day. We send you written notice by email thirty days and again seven days before the last day, stating the renewal date and price. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription year.

3. What the platform is

PSP SignalDesk is a decision-intelligence platform. It provides verified market and regulatory intelligence, generated documents and analytical answers to support your own judgment. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and no answer constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Decisions remain yours.

AI outputs are decision support. SD Analyst answers, generated documents, SignalPulse episodes and the Business Signal Index are produced with the help of AI models and reviewed by our editorial standards, and they can still contain errors. Verify facts against the cited primary source, and take advice from a qualified professional before acting on any financial, legal, tax or regulatory matter. The platform prioritizes and explains information; it does not make decisions with legal effect on any individual.

4. The record and its limits

Signals are verified against primary sources and carry their dates and sources. We work to keep the record accurate and current; regulation and markets move, and you should confirm material steps against the cited primary source before acting.

5. Acceptable use

Use the desk for your own business and your clients' work. Generated documents and answers are yours to use commercially within that work. The following are not permitted: reselling, sublicensing or redistributing platform access or outputs as a product or service in their own right; republishing the record, in whole or in part, as a competing service or data feed; using outputs to train or build a competing model or service; probing the platform's security; automated collection outside the connectors we provide; and any use that is unlawful in the country where you use the service.

6. Your content and data processing

Context, documents and figures you provide remain yours. You grant us the license needed to process them to serve you, and you confirm that you are entitled to share them, including any customer, supplier or colleague data reached through a system you connect. Generated artifacts delivered to you are yours to use in your business.

Our privacy policy at pspsignaldesk.com/privacy forms part of these terms and sets out the data processing terms between us: what we hold, why, for how long, who processes it on our behalf and in which countries, and how you exercise your rights. Where personal data is processed on your instruction, we process it only for the purposes there described, engage sub-processors under written terms, notify you of a breach of personal data protection within three days of confirming it, and delete or return personal data on closure.

7. Fair use and security

Connector keys, calendar feeds and WhatsApp links are personal, revocable, and must not be republished. Reasonable-use limits apply to generation and messaging so that every subscriber's desk stays responsive. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other subscribers, and will tell you when we do.

8. Forums

Forums run under the Chatham House Rule: participants are free to use the information received, without attribution to any speaker or affiliation. Attendance is for named subscribers and invited guests.

9. Third-party surfaces

When you work with SignalDesk inside Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, WhatsApp or Google Drive, those surfaces are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Each connection carries only what it needs to serve you, and each can be revoked from your Subscription page.

10. Price, billing and renewal

The price is the subscription fee for your tier and seat count as stated on your order form or, absent an order form, as published on pspsignaldesk.com at the time of order, exclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are quoted in US dollars; invoices issued in rupiah are converted at the Bank Indonesia JISDOR rate on the invoice date. Subscriptions are invoiced annually in advance unless a different payment term is agreed in writing. A monthly, quarterly or other agreed payment term is a schedule for paying the annual fee and does not shorten the subscription year, and a payment term other than annual may carry a price above the annual-payment price. Renewal is invoiced, never charged silently to a stored card.

11. Availability

The desk is operated continuously and monitored around the clock. Brief maintenance windows may occur, and material incidents are notified on the desk.

12. Closing or cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the portal or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription year: access runs to that date, fees for the remainder of the year remain payable under your payment term, and fees already paid are not refunded except where your order form or the law provides otherwise. We may end the subscription on written notice for material breach not remedied within fourteen days. On closure, the deletion commitments in our privacy policy apply.

Your local law. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellations are also governed by the law of your country. Where that law gives you rights for online subscriptions that go beyond these terms, including rules on automatic renewal, reminders before renewal and how you may cancel, those rights apply and we honour them.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the subscription fees paid for the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

For subscribers contracting with PT Pacific Strategy Partners, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For subscribers contracting with Pacific Strategy Partners, Sydney, they are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We resolve concerns directly and in good faith first; a dispute not resolved within thirty days may be brought before the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits any right that the mandatory law of your country gives you.

15. Summary of the standard terms

For clarity, and as required for electronic standard-form contracts under Indonesian Government Regulation 71 of 2019:

  • Parties. You and the PSP entity named in section 1.
  • Object. A subscription to the PSP SignalDesk decision-intelligence platform for the tier and seats on your order.
  • Terms. Sections 2 to 14 above, together with the privacy policy.
  • Price. As set out in section 10.
  • Cancellation. As set out in section 12.
  • Choice of law. As set out in section 14.

16. Changes to these terms

We update the date and version above and notify material changes on your desk at least thirty days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance; if you do not accept a change, you may close your subscription under section 12.
